Port Carlos Cove Cooperative is managed by an elected nine member Board of Directors. The Board consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and five Directors; all owners in the Park. Each Director serves a three year term.
There is a Board of Director’s meeting on the second Wednesday of every month at 9 am in the Clubhouse. Park members are encouraged to attend.
There is an Annual Member’s meeting on the third Tuesday in February at 7 pm in the Clubhouse where members vote on the annual budget and elect the Directors. Park members are encouraged to attend, but proxy votes are available.
