Electronic Funds Transfer
Members can now pay their monthly assessment through an EFT.
The EFT Form is available on the PCC website and can also be picked up at the office. Upon completion and return to our office, we’ll handle all input on our bank website. The completed form can be dropped off in the office, mailed to the office, or emailed to the office (if emailing, you must also mail the original signed form to the office)
You will fill out the form once only.
A few things to know:
- The completed form can be dropped off in the office, mailed to the office, or emailed to the office (if emailing, you must also mail the original signed form to the office)
- The form must be received at least 10 days prior to the beginning of the first month in which it will be effective.
- Your request will be processed for withdrawal to occur on the first of the month. If the first falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the withdrawal will be effective on the first day prior to the weekend or bank holiday.
- The frequency can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual, and you only need to provide one request.
- Non-sufficient fund bank charges will be assessed to the member, and that likely will also result in a late fee.
- Please do not contact our accountant or bank with questions as we are responsible for all processing. Direct question to the office.
Some of you are aware that we’ve been providing courtesy reminders for overdue payments. That’s been a time-consuming process, and with EFT now being available, we will discontinue providing payment reminders.
We’re also going to begin following Bylaw 6.5.1 as it relates to fees for “assessments unpaid by the 11th day of the month” in which case a “A $25 fee is assessed for each delinquent month …”. Unfortunately, late fees have become a necessity due the increase in late member payment submissions.
Please contact the PCC office with questions, and thanks to those who sign up for this payment option.
